How to Delete Your Account and Data
At Challengli, we respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so using the following methods:
Method 1: Delete Account Through the App
- Open the Profile tab in the app.
- Tap the gear icon at the top right to navigate to the Settings screen.
- Under the Account section, tap Profile.
- Scroll down to find the Delete Account button.
- Confirm your decision. Please note that this process is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted once you confirm the deletion.
Method 2: Request Account Deletion via Email
If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by emailing us at: challengli.apps@gmail.com
Please include the email address associated with your account to help us process your request.
Data Deletion Details
Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your Google account authentication data.
- All habit tracking data and progress.
